• The master bedroom is on the main living level along with a guest bedroom and the laundry area.

• Upstairs are 2 more guest bedrooms and a sleeping nook with 2 twin beds.

• There are ceiling fans and TVs in each bedroom.

• Additionally, this home features a den upstairs with casual couches and a dedicated TV for gaming or watching movies.

• Outdoor space is fenced in and the home is pet friendly!

• Don't forget to bring your water toys such as floats, jet skis, kayaks, or your boat to fully utilize the canal dock right in your backyard!

• A covered porch on the backside of the house allows stunning views of the canal in front and also of the Intercoastal on the side and has rockers and cushioned chairs.

• Bed Linens (Beds in Bedrooms only) and Towels are provided for Weekly Rentals only.

Pool can be heated upon advance notice for a fee. Pools are heated to a maximum of 87-88 degrees but can only maintain a temperature of 8-10 degrees above the outside temperature. Pool heaters cannot operate if the temperature outside is below 55 degrees. Pool heaters will not be turned on June-August. Please call for more details.
