This newly upgraded studio-style condo is perfectly situated just beyond the amazing shops, restaurants, and local entertainment of Peddlers Pavilion, directly on Scenic 30A. Multiple resort-style pools and beach shuttles give guests an effortless experience during their vacation in Seacrest Beach, Florida. Less than 5-minutes to the East is the sought after town of Rosemary Beach while 5-minutes to the West is the upscale features of Alys Beach. Although fully furnished for 2 travelers, Villages B192 can accommodate up to 4.

A cozy condo furnished for 2. Villages B192 has a kitchenette equipped with a quaint selection of dinnerware, drinkware and utensils, ideal for a date-night-in or just a quiet uninterrupted meal! For those who prefer an upscale dining experience, the 4-star restaurant "La Cocina" serves up amazing Latin cuisine and is just across the street. The comfortable king size bed sits on one end of the condo while the queen sleeper sofa sits on the other, each facing the television so no one has to miss their favorite Netflix series just before bed :) There is also a full-sized bathroom including a shower/tub combo.

Village Lane offers a variety of things to do in 30A! Bakeries, small bites, restaurants, drink huts, markets, cafes, jewelry stores, and so much more! The Property Manager is more than happy to set up bicycle delivery for your stay so that you can explore both the Village area of South Walton as well as the other local beach communities along Scenic 30A. After riding the tram to and from the designated beaches of Seacrest during the day - hop into one of the resort-style pools right next to your condo and cool down (this experience goes well with a freshly brewed drink from "Beach and Brew on 30A")!

SOME IMPORTANT THINGS TO NOTE ABOUT VILLAGES B192

• Maximum occupancy of this poolside studio condo is 4 guests.
• Guest parking is located by Building H. However, there are no designated spots - there is plenty of overflow parking among the resort.
• Seasonal shuttle service runs from March 1st to October 31st. The hours for tram service are 9am to 6pm.
• When busy, the tram will operate continuously, and during slower periods, you can call the dispatch line for pick up.
• Wristbands are Required to Access the Resort Pools as well as the Shuttle Service | Wristbands will be Placed in the Rental Upon Arrival | Each Lost or Stolen Wristband will Result in an Automatic $50 Charge.
• There is no smoking inside or outside while on the property.
• You must be at least 25 years of age to rent.
• All reservations are non-refundable, we strongly encourage adding travel insurance to your reservation so that you are covered.
• Guest must sign rental agreement within 72 hours of booking or our system will automatically cancel the reservation.
• Property management is not liable for any construction that may occur outside of the properties we manage.
