Guests who vacation at the newly-furnished Grier Studio 186, have the advantage of a ground floor residence, directly next to the two onsite pools.

This redesigned retreat boasts a queen sized bed as well as queen sized pullout sofa; providing an intimate experience for 2 guests while able to accommodate up to 4. The kitchenette has been newly equipped with utensils, dishware, drinkware and small appliances suited for your favorite meal delivery or a quick bite to eat. A full bathroom including a shower/tub combo finishes off the space.

As previously mentioned, one of the most appealing aspects of staying in the Villages of South Walton is the location on 30A! Bicycle cruisers, great local shops, award-winning restaurants, tasty snack shacks, and live entertainment are just a few steps away at Peddlers30A. The Grier Studio 186 also has a beach shuttle, ready to take you and all your beach gear to and from the emerald water and white-sugary beach sand, throughout the day.

• Maximum occupancy of this studio-style condo is 4 guests.
• Complimentary daily beach shuttle service is offered between 9 A.M - 6 P.M from March 1st - October 31st.
• Parking is allowed for 1 vehicle.
• There is no smoking inside or outside while on the property.
• Pets are not allowed.
• You must be at least 25 years of age to rent.
• All reservations are non-refundable, we strongly encourage adding travel insurance to your reservation so that you are covered.
• Property management is not liable for any construction that may occur outside of the properties we manage.
• No smoking within 25 feet of the building, see designated smoking areas.
