*Seasonal tram service runs from March 1st to October 31st. The hours for tram service are 9am to 6pm. When busy, the tram will operate continuously, and during slower periods, you can call the dispatch line for pick up.

At any given point, adjacent properties to properties we manage may go under construction to which we are not notified. The Property Manager is not liable for any construction happening outside of the properties we manage.
*Please know that effective today, September 28, 2023, signage has been posted around the property stating that there is to be no smoking within 25 feet of the building(s). This was voted upon and approved by the Village Community Association Board of Directors. There will be a dedicated smoking area located in the center section between Buildings E/F and H. Security will be helping to enforce this rule. For commercial unit owners, please ensure this information is communicated with your lessee.
