The kitchen is fully equipped with pots and pans, dishes and silverware, and small appliances. Please note that NO coffee is provided, but salt and pepper and cooking oil are now stocked in the units.

It's important to note that Sugar Top condos are not air conditioned. Additionally, the units only have a 38-gallon water heater due to space limitations. This means that showers are limited to 3-5 minutes before the heater needs to recycle and reheat.
