Larkspur Trail is the perfect family getaway to Bend. It features 2300 square feet, 3 bedrooms, and two and a half baths. The house is situated in a convenient location, close to trails, shopping, breweries, dining, and more.

On the main floor, the open-concept living room is furnished with a plush sofa, love seat, and armchair. The game room has high ceilings and plenty of comfortable seating, plus a 55” TV with Cable and a DVD player. The kitchen has been completely remodeled with high-end appliances and everything you need to entertain and prepare a gourmet meal for your family or friends. There is a separate dining area with a large table perfect for sharing a family meal.

Downstairs, a second living room is perfect for movie screenings on a 40” TV with Cable, a DVD player, and surround sound. There is also a half bath on this lower level.

Upstairs, you will find plenty of comfortable space for everyone to get a restful night's sleep and wake up ready to enjoy the outdoor paradise of Bend. This home sleeps 8 people comfortably, in three bedrooms - each with a flat screen TV. The Master bedroom includes an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower, a king-size bed, a walk-in closet, and a Bose stereo for your listening pleasure. The second bedroom has a large queen bed. The third bedroom includes a twin-over-twin bunk bed and an additional full-sized bed. There is a guest bathroom conveniently located in the upstairs hallway.

The outdoor spaces in this home offer an outstanding way to make the most of your Bend vacation and our over 300 days of sunshine! The large backyard is fenced for added privacy. You will find plenty of seating on the patio, including a six-person outdoor dining table for your alfresco dining enjoyment. Roast marshmallows and stay warm on a chilly evening with the outdoor fire pit while taking in the starry sky on a clear, Bend night.

This home includes a complimentary washer and dryer for your use during your stay. Complimentary wifi and satellite TV are another perk. Although this home is not equipped with air conditioning, the cooler mountain evenings prevent the need for A/C. Ceiling fans have been installed to keep you cool.

Please note, if you choose to book with this home, you will be receiving a separate rental agreement that will need to be electronically signed before your stay.
