Check-In Information:

1. All guests will receive a reservation email and text confirmation from Aspen at the time of booking with a direct contact number.
2. All guests will receive a comprehensive check-in instruction email and text 48 hours prior to check-in.
3. All guests will receive a comprehensive check-out procedure email and text the day before departure.

Respect for the Home:

• Please treat this home with care so it remains a welcoming retreat for all guests.
• No shoes indoors – This helps keep the space clean and protects the floors.
• No pets – To maintain a fresh and allergy-free environment.
• No smoking – Smoking is not permitted inside or on the balconies.

Respect for the Neighbors:

• This is a shared building, and we ask that you be mindful of others.
• No loud noise – Please keep noise levels low, especially between 10 PM and 8 AM.
• No parties – This home is for relaxation, not large gatherings.

Ski & Snowboard Gear:
To prevent damage and ensure safety:

• Use the bench in the hallway to put on and remove ski boots. Ski boots are loud and can disturb downstairs neighbors, and they can also damage the floors.
• Store gear properly – Please do not leave skis, poles, or snowboards in the downstairs entryway or outside on the walkway, as they can fall over and create tripping hazards.
