From the moment you pull up to Columbine Meadow, this 3BR/3.5BA bold, mountain rustic design. Reminiscent of a vintage lodge, the design is a fusion of wood shingles, siding and timber beams with natural stone accents. Nestled into the hillside, this beautiful 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath townhome sits right in the heart of Estes Park. The modern rustic character will set the perfect mood for a getaway of relaxing and unwinding. A single car garage is an added advantage to vacationing in this mountain modern home. There is parking for 2 cars with this reservation.

The first floor opens into the kitchen and living area. The open-concept kitchen is outfitted with modern stainless steel appliances, and blends seamlessly into the dining and living areas. The couch next to the fireplace is the perfect place to relax during the cold winter months, and the patio just outside is excellent for outdoor eating in the summer.

Off of the living room is a den area with a queen futon and a full ensuite bath with a jetted tub.

Heading back toward the stairs to the second floor will take you past the laundry room and half bath.

The second floor houses one king bedroom, one queen bedroom and a twin bunk bedroom. Two full baths ensure that everyone will have their space.

This unit is part of the The Bobcat Ridge HOA which means guests need to abide by HOA rules and regulations. There is absolutely no smoking, inside or out, anywhere in the complex. The units are in close proximity to each other. • Management provides a starter kit of amenities (an extra roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, one extra roll of paper towels, 2-3 garbage bags, sample-sized bottles of shampoo and conditioner, small bar soap, 2-3 laundry powder packs, 4-5 dishwashing pods, and liquid dishwashing soap). Guests will need to provide or purchase additional toiletries and products as needed beyond this starter kit.
• Long-term reservations of 14+ days require mid-stay property safety checks or mid-stay cleans, additional trash pickups and hot tub services. These are charged to the guest, and charges can only be added after your reservation is made. Management will call the guest directly for payment for the following required services.

The guest will be contacted for payment as follows:
$143 (one mid-stay cleaning for stays of 14-30 days, OR a Safety Check at no charge to the guest)
$143 (mid-stay cleaning for 30+ days required every 14 days each at $143, OR no-cost Safety Check)
$30 (trash pickup required every 14 days, $30 each)
