Upstairs there is a loft area, it has a twin over twin bunk bed and a full over full bunk bed. This space sleeps 6 guests. There are 2 bedrooms down the hall. The first bedroom has a queen bed and full size bed, the second bedroom has a queen bed and a twin over twin bunk. There is a full bathroom conveniently located between the loft and upstairs bedrooms. High quality linens are provided for all beds and bathrooms.

Parking for 8 vehicles. Host must be 25 years of age or older to make a reservation and must be staying at the property. This maximum occupancy is not to be exceeded at any time. No daytime guests allowed. No pets allowed. No smoking. To comply with city and county short-term rental permit restrictions, the outdoor areas are equipped with security cameras.
