• Rinse off the sand in the outdoor shower and hop in the heated pool for more fun!

• Optional pool heat, up to 86 F, is available from November to April at $150/week.

• Weather conditions may affect the temperature of the pool.

• Spa heat only is available in the summer months for $15/night where applicable.

• Pool alarms are mandated per city licensing ordinance and cannot be disarmed.

• Pools are professionally serviced weekly and debris due to tropical climate might occur in between service days.

• Property Manager will expedite repairs of reported malfunctions but no refund will be made for circumstances beyond our control.

• There are two covered parking spaces and an additional two parking spaces in the driveway.

• This property welcomes weekly rentals from Saturday to Saturday. Please inquire for any other dates.

• 1 Step Closer is a pet friendly property for dogs up to 50 lbs.

• The non-refundable pet fee is $150.00 per pet.

• The pet fee does not cover any damage caused by the pet.

• Please keep in mind that you are vacationing in a residential area.

• Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night.

• Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property.
