Welcome to 13 Cabin in the Pines - your private Keystone mountain retreat awaits! This property offers plenty of room for all your family and friends to relax, as well as a private garage and hot tub access!

  • Walk upstairs into the bright and spacious living room featuring a gas fireplace, vaulted ceilings, large windows, and a flat screen TV. A desk area provides space for anyone needing to get some work done.
  • The kitchen comes fully equipped with all cooking essentials so you have everything you need to whip up a meal! The dining table has seats for 6 people with additional seating at the breakfast bar.
  • Step out onto the private patio and take in the fresh mountain air and forest views.

All three bedrooms are located downstairs. The primary bedroom features a queen bed with an en suite bathroom. The second bedroom features a queen bed, and the third bedroom features two twin beds. There is also a queen sleeper sofa in the living room to accommodate additional guests.

Also downstairs is a private laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer, perfect for longer stays! There is parking available for 2 vehicles, one in the private garage, and one in the driveway.

After a long day on the slopes, relax in the shared outdoor hot tub steps from the front door! The free Keystone Shuttle bus picks up three times per hour in front of the Quicksilver Condos. You will leave the Cabin in the Pines parking lot and walk up the hill to the Quicksilver II bus stop which is on the Silver Route.

Please note this property does have a loft above the kitchen. However, it is OFF LIMITS for guest use for safety reasons. If we notice anyone has been in the loft, there will be an additional fee charged to your stay.

OUR ADVANTAGE: All of our Keystone properties come stocked with a basic starter package of paper towels, toilet paper, facial tissue, hand/body soap, conditioning shampoo, dish soap, sponge and dishwasher detergent (this is a 3-4 night supply, guests may purchase additional products locally). Each home is equipped with high-end bed linens and towels. Kitchens are stocked with a coffee maker, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils and small appliances.

Age and Occupancy Restrictions: You MUST be at least 25 years old to rent a condo from Property Manager. You will need to present a valid ID when you check in or you will be refused access to your condo. MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY at ANY TIME is equal to the number of people that is advertised as being able to sleep in beds in the condo. NO people beyond that number are allowed at ANY TIME. NO HOUSE PARTIES ALLOWED. No smoking of ANY kind.

Rules: No Pets, No Smoking of ANY kind. You must follow the rules of the building you are in including noise, parking and common area use. Failure to comply with any rule listed here means an automatic $300 minimum charge to your credit card for cleaning ($1,000 for a house party, see below). If a fine is issued to the homeowner via the HOA due to non-compliance of the rules, you will be charged for any and all non-compliance fines. If you break the rules and do not comply after the first request by Property Manager, you will be asked to leave the property and you will forfeit the remaining balance of your stay.

Parties: NO HOUSE PARTIES ALLOWED. If there is a party in this condo (as evidenced by a noise complaint and/or calling of security or by large amounts of trash and destruction) you WILL BE CHARGED for complete clean-up and replacement for damaged items. This will be AT A MINIMUM $1,000. A party completely voids the damage waiver. If you intend to come and party, rent somewhere else. Property Manager is SERIOUS about protecting our condos so they will be perfect for our owners and responsible guests.

Parking: Parking is limited at your specific property. Each condo/home is guaranteed 1 (one) parking spot at the specific property. Additional vehicles may be parked at the specific property in designated, first-come first-served guest parking spots. Please keep your vehicle count to a minimum. Please keep in mind that specific properties have a maximum height clearance on vehicles for underground parking. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES CAN RECREATIONAL VEHICLES OR TRAILERS BE PARKED AT THE SPECIFIC PROPERTY OR IN ANY OF KEYSTONE'S OVERFLOW LOTS. DO NOT BRING RECREATIONAL VEHICLES OR TRAILERS.
