The modern chef’s kitchen is fully stocked with a variety of cookware and appliances, offers a bright vibe, and makes you feel right at home. With granite counters and ample storage, the family chef may well feel inspired to prepare either old favorites or a new Hawaiian recipe for all to enjoy. The Pool will be drained, cleaned, and regrouted as part of this project.
Pool equipment replacement will also be performed in the scope of this project.
The scope of work that will be performed is as follows:

  1. The complete draining of the pool
  2. The pool will need to properly dry
  3. The cleaning and prep for grout, misc tile replacement
  4. The grouting of the pool shell, and grout cure time
  5. The refill of the water in the pool, and balance of the water's chemical levels

Equipment replacement:

  1. Pool and spa filter canisters and media replacement
  2. Pool and spa filter pump motors replacement
  3. Multiport replacement for pool and spa
  4. Spa heater unit installation
  5. Spa flow meter installation
