• Take in the Bay water views and the lights of the Sunshine Skyway at night on the Rod and Reel Pier.

POOL INFORMATION

• The weekly pool heat/cool fee is $150.00.
• Pool heaters in private homes are locked for safety and controls must not be tampered with.
• Pool heaters will not operate and will automatically shut down if outside temperatures get too cold.
• Weather conditions may affect the temperature of the pool.
• Outdoor spas are not hot tubs and require heat at an additional cost.
• In the event of pool equipment malfunction during your stay, repairs will be expedited as quickly as possible.

OTHER INFORMATION

• Bayside Bliss has three parking spots reserved for guests.
• Pet friendly property for dogs up to 50 lbs with a non-refundable pet fee of $150.00 per pet per week.
• Short stays are not prorated.
• No smoking anywhere on the property.
• Please be a good neighbor by keeping noise levels respectful during the day and night.
