The Guest Bedroom offers a King sized bed.

The second level is accessed via stairs and features the living room, kitchen, and a half bathroom.

The living room has plenty of comfortable seating to enjoy the large TV or the upstairs balcony lake view. The galley style kitchen has all full-sized appliances and cookware needed to cook a quick bite or a feast for 6. The dining table in the living room has seating to accommodate the whole family. For extra sleeping has a sofa sleeper. This townhome can sleep 6 in ease.

Directions:

1. Turn right out of the back parking lot onto Gulf Shore Dr.
2. At the light turn right onto highway 98 East.
3. Travel 0.2 miles then turn right after the Sunsations Plaza.
4. You will see a sign on the right that says, "Dunes of Destin".
5. Follow the road around the curve and you will enter Southbay once you pass the pool on your right.
