• A Dream Come True will transport you to a world of serenity and wonder. This cabin sleeps seven guests. If you need to work while on vacation, you can access WIFI to connect with friends and family back home. This cabin is the ultimate escape for honeymooners, families, or friends seeking an unforgettable adventure in nature.

Living Room:

• Step into the heart of our cabin and be enveloped in the warmth and luxury of the inviting living room. A leather sofa sleeper and rich wood accents create a cozy atmosphere while the fireplace crackles and pops, casting a golden flow throughout the space. Two soft leather recliners, perfect for a good book. This charming living room has comfortable seating areas and a TV where one can cozy up and watch their favorite show.

Kitchen/ Dining Room:

• The kitchen is fully equipped for a chef's paradise. Sleek and modern appliances, including a professional-grade stove, microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator, provide ample countertop space for food preparation. Use the coffee maker to enjoy coffee at our 4-seater dining room table. Dish towels, starter dish soap, and starter dishwasher pods are provided.

Outdoor Spaces:

• The deck wraps around the entire cabin, providing an expansive space to soak up the sun, gaze out at the stunning views. In the hot tub relax in the warm waters, surrounded by the sounds of nature and the soft glow of twinkling string lights, you'll feel like you're floating on air. With outdoor seating and a charcoal grill its the perfect way to unwind and recharge in harmony with nature.

Note:

• The property owners are in the process of constructing a new property adjacent to this one. They are residing in an RV on the premises, but assure you that they will respect your privacy and not cause any inconvenience during your stay.

Location/ Roads/ Parking:

• This cabin is easy to access with level parking for up to 3 vehicles driveway is gravel. It is 10 minutes to Pigeon Forge, 25 minutes to Gatlinburg, and 5 minutes to the Smoky Mountains. You will find a Dollar General or Kroger nearby. We are motorcycle-friendly and minutes away from downtown Pigeon Forge.

Pet Policy:

• The pet fee is $100 per dog
• There is a 2 dog maximum
• We only allow dogs
• You will need to bring a crate
• Please do NOT leave your pet at the home alone unless it is kept in the kennel
• The pet fee is a non-refundable
• Please clean up after your pet(s).
• Upon your departure, if we find evidence that the cabin has fleas or there is damage, or additional excessive cleaning needed from your pet, you will be charged for all repairs or cleaning.
• Please bring your own sheets/blanket(s)to cover the area your pet lays on or sleeps- or aN additional fee will be charged for extra cleaning and time needed due to dog hair & odor left behind.

• Our area has so many fun and entertaining attractions for all ages. Start with adventure when you ride coasters at Dollywood, win a game of putt-putt golf, race go-karts, splash at waterparks, mine for gems, visit museums, and oh-so-much more! For outdoor fun, you can explore the Great Smoky Mountains National Park where you can hike to waterfalls, horseback ride through valleys, picnic by a river, and fly fish! Once the thrills & adventure are over, visit tanger outlets & local boutiques where you can shop until you drop. When it's dinner time, enjoy local cuisine from southern family-style restaurants to chef-cooked meals. After dinner, you can find a sweet shop on every corner to satisfy that sweet tooth before returning to the property.

Special Dates:

• Out of respect for the holidays and our employees, we do NOT allow ANY check in or outs on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Years Eve, or New Years Day.

Check-In:

• 4 pm- there is NO check-in office, you go straight to the cabin. Once all your payments have been made, we will send you an email with the door code & we will resend it a week before your stay.

Check-out:

• 10 am

• On during October 1st - Feburary 28th / Off During: March 1st - Septemeber 30th

Vacay Protection:

• You might be asking yourself, what is this & why am I paying for it? It's an affordable travel investment that pays for itself, let us explain what it covers:
• Cancellation Guarantee: allows you to cancel your reservation for any reason up to 7 days prior to check-in and receive a full refund (minus the vacay protection fee).
• Inclement Weather: Some weather conditions can prevent or delay travel, no worries, we will work with you on canceling or moving your dates.
• Damage Coverage: covers you up to $250 dollars of unintentional accidents to the property (any damages that exceed the $250, intentional or unintentional, will be charged to the credit card on file).
