• A Dream Come True will transport you to a world of serenity and wonder. This cabin sleeps seven guests. If you need to work while on vacation, you can access WIFI to connect with friends and family back home. This cabin is the ultimate escape for honeymooners, families, or friends seeking an unforgettable adventure in nature.

Living Room:

• Step into the heart of our cabin and be enveloped in the warmth and luxury of the inviting living room. A leather sofa sleeper and rich wood accents create a cozy atmosphere while the fireplace crackles and pops, casting a golden flow throughout the space. Two soft leather recliners, perfect for a good book. This charming living room has comfortable seating areas and a TV where one can cozy up and watch their favorite show.

Kitchen/ Dining Room:

• The kitchen is fully equipped for a chef's paradise. Sleek and modern appliances, including a professional-grade stove, microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator, provide ample countertop space for food preparation. Use the coffee maker to enjoy coffee at our 4-seater dining room table. Dish towels, starter dish soap, and starter dishwasher pods are provided.

• The deck wraps around the entire cabin, providing an expansive space to soak up the sun, gaze out at the stunning views. In the hot tub relax in the warm waters, surrounded by the sounds of nature and the soft glow of twinkling string lights, you'll feel like you're floating on air. With outdoor seating and a charcoal grill its the perfect way to unwind and recharge in harmony with nature.

Note:

• The property owners are in the process of constructing a new property adjacent to this one. They are residing in an RV on the premises, but assure you that they will respect your privacy and not cause any inconvenience during your stay.

Location/ Roads/ Parking:

• Experience the ease of a perfect getaway with this welcoming cabin, accessible via a smooth asphalt road and a well-maintained gravel driveway. This property features a spacious, level parking area that accommodates up to 3 vehicles and is also motorcycle-friendly, ensuring convenience for all types of travelers. Just a short 2-mile drive away, you can satisfy your cravings at Elvira's Café, a charming spot for a delicious meal. If you need to stock up on essentials, Dollar General is conveniently located only 3 miles from the cabin. For a day of fun and entertainment, The Island in Pigeon Forge is just 10 miles away, where you'll find a variety of attractions, shops, and dining options. Additionally, Downtown Gatlinburg is an easy 30-minute drive away, offering plenty of attractions to explore along the way. Embrace the beautiful scenery and all the local adventures that await you during your stay!

Pet Policy:

• The pet fee is $100 per dog
• There is a 2-dog maximum
• We only allow dogs
• You will need to bring a crate
• Please do NOT leave your pet(s) at the home alone unless they are kept in a kennel
• The pet fee is non-refundable
• Please clean up after your pet(s)
• Upon your departure, if we find evidence that the cabin has fleas or there is damage or additional deep cleaning needed due to your pet, you will be charged for all repairs and/or additional cleaning needed.
• Please bring your own sheets/blankets to cover the areas your pet lays or sleeps on - or an additional fee will be charged for extra cleaning and time needed due to dog hair and odor left behind.

• Our area has so many fun and entertaining attractions for all ages. Start with adventure when you ride coasters at Dollywood, win a game of putt-putt golf, race go-karts, splash at waterparks, mine for gems, visit museums, and oh-so-much more! For outdoor fun, you can explore the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, where you can hike to waterfalls, horseback ride through valleys, picnic by a river, and fly fish! Once the thrills & adventure are over, visit tanger outlets & local boutiques where you can shop until you drop. Enjoy local cuisine, from southern family-style restaurants to chef-cooked meals at dinner time. After dinner, you can find a sweet shop on every corner to satisfy that sweet tooth before returning to the property.

Special Dates:

• Out of respect for the holidays and our employees, we do NOT allow ANY check-ins or check-outs on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, or New Year's Day.

Check-In:

• 4pm - there is NO check-in office; you go straight to the cabin. Once all your payments have been made, we will send you an email with the door code & we will resend it a week before your stay.

Check-out:

• 10 am
