A check out cleaning fee is charged on this reservation and is listed on the total reservation checkout price. Guests staying more than 5 nights will be charged the checkout cleaning fee plus an additional cleaning fee of $90 will be charged on the 6th day as well as every 5 days following. Guests will receive a new confirmation with the additional cleaning fees listed after the fees have been added.

Additional cleaning fees cover the following:

• Starting on the 6th day and every 5 days afterward, housekeeping will enter the condo to replace towels with clean towels, restock toiletries, bath tissue and Kleenex, paper towels, coffee and condiments, as well as remove trash.

This condo has access to a HOA pool and tennis courts, which is located within walking distance.

This privately-owned condominium is not affiliated with Silverado Resort and Spa. The golf course, main resort pool and tennis courts, spa, classes and resort shuttle are not available on this nightly vacation rental.
