Welcome to Sand N Suds! This three-bedroom, three-bathroom cottage home is located on the city line of Holmes Beach and the city of Anna Maria. It is just a short walk to the beach and is situated on a spacious corner lot surrounded by lush tropical landscapes, providing plenty of privacy.

Sand N Suds uses the White Avenue beach access, which is considered a 'north end beach.' We provide beach items and a cart to make your day at the beach a fun-filled adventure! Please note that the fireplace is decorative only and not for guest use.

EXTERIOR:
The pool heat is available for an additional cost of $150.00 per week. Please note that pool heaters in private homes are locked for your safety and should not be tampered with, as they are monitored by the pool company. The highest heat temperature setting is 86°F, which may not always be reached. If cold days and nights occur, water temperatures will drop and may stay cooler longer. Pool heaters will automatically shut down if outside temperatures get too cold. While we take precautions to ensure that pools are heated as specified, weather conditions may affect the temperature. Unfortunately, nothing can be done about this issue. Outdoor spas are not hot tubs and require heat at an additional cost. The temperature of a spa is typically set at the same temperature as the pool. In the event of pool equipment malfunction, our Property Manager will expedite repairs as quickly as possible. It may be necessary to close swimming pools for maintenance purposes. Please note that no refund or rent adjustment will be made for circumstances beyond our control, malfunctions, or loss of use of equipment or amenities.

There are three parking spaces reserved for your use during your stay at Sand N Suds. We kindly ask that you keep in mind that you are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can disrupt the peaceful enjoyment of neighbors' private property.
