The Havens is tucked away in a private setting surrounded by the Greg Norman golf course, lakes and the flourishing tropical landscape found throughout our remarkable resort.

This striking ground floor villa has over 1,100 square feet of superior living space, with plush and comfortable upscale furnishings throughout this well-appointed retreat. There are two spacious bedrooms, a great room open to the kitchen and dining areas, laundry room and an expertly furnished lanai overlooking the 9th fairway of the Greg Norman golf course.

The great room is impeccable with a gorgeous sofa and love seat. The modern open floor plan design makes it perfect for gatherings and dining inside or out. The handsome sofa can easily be pulled out to make more room instantly as a comfortable queen sleeper. Your home entertainment is complete with a large flat panel HDTV and DVD player.

Balance a laid back day with an elegant night out or enjoy a night in and prepare your meal in the full size gourmet kitchen, stocked with all your needs and special additions not found elsewhere. Dine in complete comfort seated at the lovely dining table or outdoors in the moonlight on the lanai.

The master suite is outfitted with a beautiful king size bed, soothing artwork, ceiling fan, another flat panel TV for late night TV viewing, all creating a true relaxation oasis. A private bath suite adjoins the master suite which also features a full dresser, mirror, night stand, clock radio and walk-in closet. The perfect combination of ambiance and serenity!

The beautiful second bedroom has two twin beds, a full closet, chest of drawers and another TV. A second full bath accommodates the second bedroom and visiting guests. The laundry room is off the foyer and comes stocked with all laundry supplies for our guests.

The Havens has its own spacious community pool and pool house right next to the villa. Our pampered guests are also welcome at the main resort pool located on the picturesque Intracoastal Waterway.

If the beach is your preference, take our complimentary in season shuttle to the oceanfront, just three blocks from the resort entrance. The shuttle will pick you up right at The Havens community entrance and bring you back whenever you are ready! You may also take the shuttle to Barefoot Landing, a shopping, dining and entertainment Mecca just across the waterway.

Remember too, we furnish everything including linens, towels, kitchen, bath and laundry amenities. Your stay with Property Manager will be one of your best, we assure you!
