Koa Dream at Waikoloa Villas (A103) is the open-concept condo. Two bedrooms and two full baths create a restful retreat for small families, a pair of couples, up to four guests. Both the living area and the Primary bedroom open directly onto the lanai. You will find a king-size bed and an attached bathroom with shower. The guest bedroom features a queen bed, and the guest bathroom has a shower. A stackable washer & dryer in the unit lets you pack a little bit lighter.

This unique complex has a resort-like vibe, combined with the hidden-gem feel of a residential area. Take a dip in one of two swimming pools, or lounge poolside under tall palm trees. Waikoloa Village is located above the resort area, but the resorts and beaches are easily accessible, and you can walk to restaurants and cafes, grocery stores and more, all less than a mile away.
