Set in the forested hills atop Lake Estes, this spacious 3BR/3BA home is just a stone's throw away from downtown Estes Park and the Lake Estes Hiking Trail.

The lower level features a lounge area with a flat-screen TV and wood burning fireplace, a game area with a pool table, a queen bedroom, an adjacent bath, and the laundry room.

The main floor includes the kitchen, living room and master bedroom with a queen bed and an attached bath. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, and the oversized dining table can comfortably seat eight.

The living room features a flagstone wood-burning fireplace, a beautiful attached sunroom and plenty of cozy furniture to watch TV.

Up on the top level of the house is the third bedroom with a queen bed and private bathroom.

Just outside the kitchen is the spacious wood deck, which offers one of the best views in Estes Park. Enjoy family dinners outside with the gas grill and deck furniture. Adjacent to the deck is a private hot tub nestled in the pine trees.

Management provides a starter kit of amenities (an extra roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, one extra roll of paper towels, 2-3 garbage bags, sample-sized bottles of shampoo and conditioner, small bar soap, 2-3 laundry powder packs, 4-5 dishwashing pods, and liquid dishwashing soap). Guests will need to provide or purchase additional toiletries and products as needed beyond this starter kit.

Long-term reservations of 14+ days require mid-stay property safety checks or mid-stay cleans, additional trash pickups and hot tub services. These are charged to the guest, and charges can only be added after your reservation is made.Management will call the guest directly for payment for the following required services.

The guest will be contacted for payment as follows:
$125 (one mid-stay cleaning for stays of 14-30 days, OR a Safety Check at no charge to the guest)
$125 (mid-stay cleaning for 30+ days required every 14 days each at $125, OR no-cost Safety Check)
$30 (trash pickup required every 14 days, $30 each)
$30 (hot tub services for reservations 14+ days, required every 7 days at $30 each)

• Local On-Call Staff available after hours for emergency issues only, i.e. gas leak, broken furnace, broken water line.
• Plowing/shoveling occurs when we have 4 inches of fresh snow on the ground prior to your arrival.
