Ski Run 107 is unique for three reasons, location, size and indoor pool. This unit is in the center of Keystone Resort, right off US Highway 6, you can park right at the front door. The condo is almost 1300 square feet, with very large rooms. There is a sunny pool house, that has a heated pool, sauna, and hot tub. The very bright, sunny condo has large south-facing windows with great ski mountain views from the living room and balcony. The living room features comfortable furniture to seat the whole family, and a flat screen TV. Enjoy the view off of the large balcony, or take advantage of the private grill for a summer cookout. The kitchen is fully equipped, perfect for the chef in the family. The dining table seats up to 8 people comfortably with an additional 2 seats at the breakfast bar. There is also a private stacked washer and dryer in the condo for your convenience.

The primary bedroom features a king sized bed, a flat screen TV and a large walk-in closet. The en suite primary bathroom features a dual sink vanity and a bathtub/shower combination. The guest bedroom features two double over double bunk beds.

Ski Run is located in the center of Keystone Resort, only a 5 minute walk to Mountain House base area where you can strap on your skis and take the lift up the mountain! River Run Village is less than a mile walk, where you can enjoy all of the dining, shopping and night life that Keystone has to offer. After a long day on the slopes, relax in the communal indoor pool, hot tub, and sauna.

Each home is equipped with high-end bed linens and towels. Kitchens are stocked with a coffee maker, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils and small appliances.

There is parking for one vehicle at this property.

Property Manager cannot provide more parking than the listing states. There is no additional free parking at Keystone Resort. Additional vehicles must be parked in one of the paid overflow lots. Any oversized vehicle must be parked in a paid overflow lot as well.

What to be aware of:

• None of our units here in Keystone have air conditioning. The temperature cools off around 8 o'clock every evening, therefore an AC is not necessary.- No smoking allowed. - No pets allowed.- Must be 25 years or older to book.
