• LIVING ROOM
  The living room is absolutely spacious! Provided with wifi and a flat-screen TV with your favorite digital cable channels readily available via Google Chromecast! Simply log into your favorite streaming app on your smartphone and connect to Family Room TV via Google Cast. The TV is set up with a home theater audio system to enhance your viewing experience.

• KITCHEN & DINING
  Enjoy cooking in the spacious, designer kitchen. It’s designed to really be a wonderful experience for people who love to cook! It has a massive peninsula that is perfect for cooking, entertaining and eating! Fully stocked with a fridge, coffee maker, and other appliances providing you what you need when you get home! Feel free to use the pots, pans, and dishes, and help yourself to coffee, or tea. We’ve even included basics like oil, spices, and sweets.

• BATHROOM
  The bathroom has a full bathtub. Stocked with our in-house amenity line fresh towels, soaps, & basic essentials to get you started. We also stock hairdryer, plus much more!

• PARKING
  We have room in the garage for road bikes and one car. Car charging for an electric car. Solar on the roof. For your convenience, we provide a washer and dryer in the garage.

• PET POLICY
  We allow up to two pets, not weighing more than 25 lbs each. Guests must not leave their pet(s) in the property when they are away for more than 2 hours. Please ensure pet(s) do not cause a nuisance to neighbors. This includes excessive noise. Dog(s) must be kept under control and on a leash in public places, communal areas, and walkways. There is a $200 deposit per pet. Any damages will be assessed and become the responsibility of the pet owner.

• OTHER THINGS TO NOTE

1. We have water-saving devices on the shower that pause water flow when the water gets hot. You have to pull the chain down to turn the water back on.
2. Friday is trash day. The trash bins are located along one side of the house. Please take them outside Thursday Night.
3. No smoking of any kind is not allowed on the property including outdoor spaces.
4. No AC Available. There is a whole house fan to cool the house off at night on those rare very hot days.
