• This quaint studio sleeps 2, however can sleep up to 4 people.
• It offers all the amenities of home while being in proximity to the beach and all your local shopping needs.
• Indoor/outdoor living is what this property is known for, with a large covered cabana and BBQ in the over-sized private backyard to sit outside and socialize.

Inside the unit:

• Small kitchen

• Luxurious master bath with his and her sinks, large Jacuzzi tub, and a large walk-in shower with multiple heads

• Comfortable king size bed and a queen size sleeper sofa

• The fixed rate is based on occupancy of 2 people, however, the unit can sleep up to 4 people but there would be an extra cost. (please make your request to the property owner).

• This space is also equipped with air-conditioning, heating, and a fireplace.

• Dogs, cats, and additional guests considered on a case by case basis for an additional fee.

Parking:

• Located on a dead-end street with free street parking up and down the street.

• Private parking is available at a cost.

• Check-in time is at 5pm and no later than 9pm.

• Check-out time is at 10am.

• Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate late check-outs.

• One of our associates will meet you at the property for a required inspection upon check-out.

• Smoking is allowed outside on patios and decks.
