Includes shared Comal River access May through September, less than a 3-minute walk from the house.

Avoid the crowds at the tube chute and enter the river through this shared access down a pathway and stairs to enter the river.

The pathway is approximately 3 ft wide and the stairs down to the river access are narrow, approximately 2 ft wide.

Across the street you will find a tubing shuttle and rental.

Host must be 25 years of age or older to make a reservation and must be staying at the property.

Parking for up to 5 vehicles.

This property is dog friendly with a 2 dog maximum at $25 per day per dog.

Dogs must be under 40lbs.

Current shot records are required.

Please make sure your breed is not on the do not rent to breed list, no smoking, no parties.
