  The entire upstairs could be used as the master suite. The bedroom upstairs is wonderful with its vaulted ceiling, big view windows, and separate deck. A perfect place to indulge your morning coffee, read your favorite books, step back take a deep breath!

• KITCHEN & DINING
  It has a modern kitchen and eating bar w/ granite and stainless appliances. We have a full-size refrigerator, toaster, microwave, dishes and flatware that you may use. A fully stocked kitchen with a fridge, coffee maker, and other appliances providing you what you need when you get home! Feel free to use the pots, pans, and dishes, and help yourself to coffee, or tea.

• BATHROOMS
  All 3 bathrooms were newly remodeled! Stocked with our in-house amenity line fresh towels, soaps, & basic essentials to get you started. We also stock hairdryer, plus much more!

• One parking spot in front of the house is provided (can fit a sedan or small SUV)

Guest access
You will have the entire access to the house including the patio + 3 deck areas in total!

There is good access to public transportation. 10 minute drive to Sea-Tac airport. Code to access the property will be provided within 48 hours of arrival.

Other things to note

• There is only one parking space in front of the house. For additional parking, the road behind the property has limited on-street parking. Please look for parking signs.
• We do not have A/C. It is not advertised.
