• Your stay includes cable TV and high-speed internet with password-protected WiFi.
• To get you started, we provide a complimentary starter kit of essentials, including liquid dish soap, a dishwasher detergent packet, a kitchen sponge, trash liners, a paper towel roll, coffee, condiment packets, travel-size shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, soap, facial tissue, and an extra roll of toilet paper. Please note that these amenities are not replenished after the starter supply is used. Each bathroom is stocked with four sets of towels, and blankets can be found in each bedroom closet. Beach towels are also provided in the condo for your convenience. Housekeeping services are available for an additional fee.

BUILDING AMENITIES

• There are two 40-story towers and the towers are connected on the 11th floor recreation deck. The recreation deck has an outdoor swimming pool, jacuzzi, fitness room, and sunbathing deck. The BBQ area is located on the 5th floor. Secured building entry and 24/7 security.
• The property manager has been providing travelers with fully furnished condo rentals since 1965. Book with confidence as we only provide legal vacation rental in Waikiki & the surrounding areas. You'll save when you book direct with the property manager. The condos are privately owned & constructions and/or other building shut downs may occur during your stay. Owners unfortunately have no control over the outside work and noise. The work hours are Monday – Friday, 8 AM – 4:30 PM, no weekends or holidays. We feel most guests will feel little to no impact on construction as many travelers are out exploring the island, enjoying the beaches, shopping or partaking in other activities on Oahu during these hours.
