On the third floor, you have a beautiful sitting area surrounded by windows with views of the beach, bay, and neighborhood. On the first floor, you have a bedroom and access to your garage and the backyard and pool area. Enjoy lounging around the pool or prepare a meal on the outdoor grill and dine outside. This is a special house with all the comforts of home for your family get-away or vacation.
