  • This 10th floor unit completed renovations in December 2023! The bathroom was extended for added functionality, and the kitchen now features a custom lower bar, perfect for dining or as a workstation! The unit comes fully furnished, including a luxurious leather sofa - perfect for sinking into as you enjoy a leisurely day gazing out at the crystal blue waters! With a 180-degree ocean view, this one-bedroom condo at the Ilikai Marina is the ideal spot for both vacationing and teleworking!

AMENITIES

  • Your stay includes cable TV, high-speed Internet and password protected WiFi and local/USA phone service.
  • We provide a starter kit of essentials, which includes liquid dish soap, a dishwashing packet, a kitchen sponge, trash liners, a roll of paper towels, coffee, condiment packets, travel-size shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, soap, facial tissue, and an extra roll of toilet paper.
  • Please note we do not replenish these items once the starter set is depleted.
  • Each bathroom is equipped with 4 sets of towels, and blankets can be found in each bedroom closet.
  • Beach towels are not provided but can be purchased at the local ABC Store across the street.
  • Housekeeping services are available for an additional fee.

BUILDING AMENITIES

  • Shared laundry facilities are available on the 8th floor. Payment can be made through the PayRange app or by credit card.

  • A trash chute is located at the end of the hallway.

  • The property offers 24/7 Security.

  • Parking is available in the building for $33/day (*rates subject to change).

  • Street parking is available along the harbor for $1/hour (metered parking).

  • Building management occasionally schedules routine pest control and maintenance. We will provide reasonable notice for access in these situations.

  • Quiet hours are between 10pm - 7am each day.

  • There is no smoking or vaping allowed in the unit or on the lanai.

  • The property manager has been providing travelers with fully furnished condo rentals since 1965. Book with confidence, as we only provide legal vacation rentals in Waikiki & the surrounding areas. You'll save when you book directly with the property manager. The condos are privately owned & occasionally construction and/or other building shutdowns may occur during your stay. Please note that owners do not have control over external work or noise. Work hours are Monday through Friday, 8 AM – 4:30 PM, with no work on weekends or holidays. We anticipate that most guests will experience minimal to no disruption, as many travelers spend their days exploring the island, enjoying the beaches, shopping or engaging in other activities on Oahu during these times.
