Shared laundry facilities are available on the 8th floor. Payment can be made through the PayRange app or by credit card.
A trash chute is located at the end of the hallway.
The property offers 24/7 Security.
Parking is available in the building for $33/day (*rates subject to change).
Street parking is available along the harbor for $1/hour (metered parking).
Building management occasionally schedules routine pest control and maintenance. We will provide reasonable notice for access in these situations.
Quiet hours are between 10pm - 7am each day.
There is no smoking or vaping allowed in the unit or on the lanai.
The property manager has been providing travelers with fully furnished condo rentals since 1965. Book with confidence, as we only provide legal vacation rentals in Waikiki & the surrounding areas. You'll save when you book directly with the property manager. The condos are privately owned & occasionally construction and/or other building shutdowns may occur during your stay. Please note that owners do not have control over external work or noise. Work hours are Monday through Friday, 8 AM – 4:30 PM, with no work on weekends or holidays. We anticipate that most guests will experience minimal to no disruption, as many travelers spend their days exploring the island, enjoying the beaches, shopping or engaging in other activities on Oahu during these times.
