Cable TV, high-speed Internet and password protected WiFi is included in your stay. We provide a starter kit of amenities to include liquid dish soap, powder dishwashing packet, kitchen sponge, trash liners, paper towel roll, coffee, condiment packets, travel size shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, soap, facial tissue, and an extra roll of toilet paper. We do not replenish amenities after the starter set is depleted. 4 sets of towels are provided in each bathroom. Blankets are available in each bedroom closet. Please note we do not provide beach towels. Beach towels may be purchased at the Ku'ai Market located on the lobby level. Housekeeping cleaning is available for a fee.

There are 2 pools, a swimming pool on the lobby level and a lounge pool on the 2nd floor. Self-service card operated laundry facilities are available on each floor. The property has 24/7 Security. Valet parking is available for $45/day *rates subject to change
The property manager has been providing travelers with fully furnished condo rentals since 1965. Book with confidence as we only provide legal vacation rental in Waikiki & the surrounding areas. You'll save when you book direct with the property manager. The condos are privately owned & construction and/or other building shutdowns may occur during your stay. Owners have no control over the outside work and noise. The work hours are Monday – Friday, 8 AM – 4:30 PM, no weekends or holidays. We feel most guests will feel little to no impact by construction, as many travelers are out exploring the island, enjoying the beaches, shopping or partaking in other activities on Oahu during these hours.
