A fully stocked kitchen with a fridge, dishwasher, coffee maker + Mr Coffee, and so many other appliances opens up to the dining room and living rooms.

The living room and kitchen open up to the patio and allowing for effortless indoor/outdoor living and entertaining. The patio has lounge chairs, BBQ, seated areas for sitting and eating!

All of our bedrooms have brand new mattresses and high end luxury linens to ensure you get a great nights rest.

• Please note: Included in the cleaning fee price is damage waiver coverage in place of a traditional damage deposit so you can have a carefree stay.

We have two security cameras in the exterior of our house to help monitor packages and mail.

Please note, this home is a licensed Rental- 13.5% tax is due on total nightly rate. This tax is separate from lodging rate. License #G We are looking forward to hosting you.

You will be provided with a combination code to unlock the front door.

IMPORTANT: please read and agree to all house rules.

Please note the check-in and check-out times. We can typically accommodate requests for early check-ins / late check-outs, but we can only confirm such requests 48 hours before the date requested. The reason is we potentially have other guests coming in or leaving the same day, and cleaners typically need around 5 hours.
