The location on the island couldn't be better with its proximity to restaurants, the South Padre Island entertainment district, retail shopping, and is close to the grocery store. Our home is ideal for a family retreat, family reunion, wedding venue, birthday party, quinceañera, team activities, sports training camp, or just stay here to immerse yourself in an island getaway filled with relaxation. This house is blended with modern and vintage touches. The house is sitting on a huge lot, 13,100 square feet (0.30 acre). Being a PET-FRIENDLY property, there is plenty of space to play with your pets!!! It is the biggest corner lot for a vacation rental house in South Padre Island with a huge backyard! This house offers a lot of privacy because it is located on the corner of Gulf Blvd and East Corral Street. The 2nd floor is newly built and offers ocean views!

The property has two parking areas. Depending on the size of the vehicles, the two parking lots (by Gulf Blvd and East Corral St) can accommodate 8 to 10 vehicles. There are plenty of public parking spaces by Gulf Blvd as well if guests need additional parking. Guests can go to the newly built third-floor observation deck to take in Ocean Views! It's a great spot to see the beautiful South Padre Island Beach and Gorgeous Gulf of Mexico! From this deck, you can also see the famous SPI summer fireworks, layout in the sun or simply bring a book to read.

Since this home is so large, we have installed cameras that guests can use to monitor the pool and putting green areas! And don't worry, the cameras are not recording, they are just there for you to keep a close eye on your kids and/or loved ones playing in the pool and outdoor areas while you are inside!
