This vacation villa has 4 bedrooms:

• The master bedroom has a king-size bed, plenty of space, and an en-suite bathroom with dual vanities, a tub, and a shower.
• The second and third bedrooms both have queen-size beds, perfect for couples.
• The fourth bedroom has two single beds, perfect for kids.

The villa is 2-storey and has 3 bathrooms. It also has a private pool.

Let's take a look inside. The U-shaped kitchen is fully equipped with all the small appliances, kitchen tools, bowls, forks, etc. that anyone might need when cooking. There are two options for dining: the breakfast bar (with 2 seats) or the formal dining area (with seating for up to 5, possibly 6 people). After a meal, relax in the living room with two large sofas and a large flat screen TV.

Outside, the covered pool area has a pool, sun loungers, and a patio table under the covered lanai.

Community Details:

This villa is in the Southern Dunes Golf & Country Club, which is an immaculately kept, secure complex with a 24-hour manned gate. There are community swimming pools, tennis courts, a gym, library, and children's playground. A Super-Walmart is just a minute away, and there are several well-known restaurants nearby. Golfers will love the Southern Dunes award-winning course, with electric buggies included. The Club House serves wonderful family lunch, dinner, and a fabulous Sunday brunch.
