Ohana Tides is a fantastic, newly renovated oceanfront beach home with an inverted floor plan.

It has an elevator for guest use.

The open living and dining area has a wall of windows showcasing expansive ocean views and partial marsh views.

The kitchen has been remodeled with new cabinets, an oversized sink, and quartz countertops.

It also has all new appliances and dining for 14 people.

All 5 bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms.

Two bedrooms are oceanfront.

The home also has TVs and ceiling fans in all bedrooms, WIFI, Expanded cable service, a pack 'n play, high chair, and a laundry room with washer and dryer.

Outdoor amenities include front and back decks, a covered porch, a picnic table, an enclosed shower with hot/cold water, and a foot shower.

There is a brand new outdoor entertaining area with a large heated pool (pool heater with surcharge).

The pool has a 13-foot WATER SLIDE!!

The pool can be heated in the off-season for $100 per day.

There is also an outdoor kitchen with a gas grill and island sink.

Plenty of outdoor sitting space, dining, and outdoor lighting.

There is a volleyball court or multiple-purpose area for corn hole, horse shoes, etc.

Bed Linens (Beds in Bedrooms only), Beach/Bath Towel Combo, and Bath Mats are provided for Weekly Rentals only.

Pool can be heated upon advance notice for a fee. Pools are heated to a maximum of 87-88 degrees but can only maintain a temperature of 8-10 degrees above the outside temperature. Pool heaters cannot operate if the temperature outside is below 55 degrees. Pool heaters will not be turned on June-August. Please call for more details.
