• Like most homes in Nederland, this property does not have air conditioning. It's a rare necessity in this climate, but guests should be aware, especially during the warmer months.
• Nederland can experience windy conditions, particularly in the winter. Guests should prepare for possible gusts during their stay.
• Given the home's location within town, we kindly ask guests to maintain a quiet atmosphere past 10pm to respect our neighbors and local community standards. This home is equipped with a decibel monitoring sensor located inside and outside of the home. It does NOT record actual sounds or conversations; it simply monitors the noise level (measured in decibels).
• During winter months, it is important to be prepared for icy and snowy roads. The driveway to the house can be slick with ice patches, so please be sure to park your vehicle inside the garage or right at the top of the driveway where it is flat to make sure you are parked safely.
• While the address boasts 'Lakeview Court' as its name, please note that the lake view itself is minimal. However, guests will be treated to lovely vistas of the town and the snowcapped peaks that lie beyond.
• The property does not offer cable TV services. Guests can enjoy a range of entertainment through Netflix, ensuring there are plenty of viewing options for a cozy night in.
