This 2 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom townhouse has been newly renovated/updated and is beautifully decorated. It is the perfect beach getaway or extended stay location! The townhome is located in Laguna Beach, between Rosemary Beach and Panama City Beach. Laguna Beach is a small laid-back community away from the congestion of PCB or 30A.

  • Before you hit the beach or after a long day in the sun, take a short walk down Front Beach Road to Thomas' Donuts for their amazing donuts, ice cream burgers or sandwiches.
  • Be sure to stop into the award-winning Carousel Supermarket and wine store less than ¼ miles from the house.
