The living room transitions effortlessly to a formal dining room. This beautiful space features an elongated dining table and seating for six under a modern chandelier. High-end dishes, bakeware, and table decor make this a fun yet sophisticated place to enjoy a meal with family. Additional seating is available at a high top bar.

The beautiful and spacious gourmet kitchen features stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, and contemporary light fixtures. Brew coffee in a coffee pot in the morning, pop in a few pieces of bread into the toaster oven, and enjoy breakfast overlooking the water. There is a grocery store just down the street, and this kitchen offers plenty of cabinet space and a large refrigerator to keep all of your family's groceries organized. Two large windows overlook the condominium complex, and a large dresser is provided to keep all of your clothing and personal items stored. All of the bedside light fixtures in all bedrooms come with a USB charger, so you can conveniently charge your devices right next to your bed.

When you’re not exploring the island, chances are you'll be sitting back and taking in the breathtaking views from the patio. This private patio offers a full-size table with four chairs so everyone can find their favorite spot. And when you are ready to explore the island, the beach, or any of the luxury amenities of the resort; you'll be happy to find plenty of beach accessories available for you to use.

Guests have exclusive access to all of the high-end amenities that the condominium complex offers, including a resort style pool, tennis courts, and easy access to the beach. This condo is also just a short drive from some of the island's favorite brunch spots, bars, shopping venues, and coffee shops.

Registration:

• You must register with the South Seas Northwest Condominium Association located in the Tower 3 office so that the association can maintain current occupancy information and to obtain your permanent parking pass.

1. Lease agreement.
2. Your vehicle’s License Plate Number.
3. $100 Registration Fee (includes 1 vehicle, each addition vehicle is $100 (fee is subject to change)
