NOTE: In addition to the normal housekeeping departure clean, our cleaners have added to their routine the proper sanitation of highly touched services which are not limited to:

Gloves and masks are worn at all times, and the cleaning agents used are those recommended by the CDC.

Linens included are as follows: 4 towels, 4 washcloths per king, queen, or full bed. 2 towels, 2 washcloths per twin bed. 2 hand towels and 1 bathmat per bathroom. 1 kitchen hand towel and 1 kitchen dish rag. You will also receive a starter roll of toilet paper in ever bathroom and 1 roll of paper towels in the kitchen. ***

House parties and Groups:

House parties and groups with members under the age of 25 are prohibited. We do not rent to non-family groups unless ALL members of the group are 25 years of age or older. Any misrepresentation by groups of their age will not qualify for refunds.
