This is a family friendly complex. Quiet hours are STRICTLY enforced between 10 PM- 9 AM.

• With direct river access you’ll want to spend your afternoons tubing, rafting, kayaking, canoeing, fishing, swimming or simply relaxing in a chair in the water watching tubers go by.

Host must be 25 years of age or older to make a reservation and must be staying at the property.

• This condo comes with 4 parking passes and 16 wristbands.
• If you have more that 4 vehicles there is additional parking less than 1 mile away.
• No trailers, campers or RV's allowed.
• No portable grills or open flames.
• No smoking inside the condo or on the patio.
• No pets allowed.
• Family friendly condo with no tolerance for profanity or vulgar music.
• Maximum occupancy 16 guests, not to be exceeded at anytime.
• No daytime guests allowed.
• This property includes accidental damage protection up to $3000.

WRISTBANDS & PARKING PASSES REQUIRED*

• These condos are individually owned and the owners graciously allow their "second homes" to be rented out and enjoyed!
• The HOA of the complex had laid out some policies to ensure everyone staying at the complex can have a wonderful time.
• Because of the fabulous location, we can have trouble with trespassers.
• The security guards on premise are there to ensure only renters are using the grounds and that guests are parking in the correct parking spaces.
