Third-floor condo, with vaulted ceilings and double sliding glass doors that are floor to ceiling, opening out to a gorgeous patio with spectacular views of the river. Perfect for sipping coffee in the morning or finishing the day with a glass of wine. With direct river access, you'll want to spend your afternoons tubing, rafting, kayaking, canoeing, fishing, swimming, or simply relaxing in a chair in the water watching tubers go by. Rio Guadalupe Resort is located right next door to rent tubes and shuttle service. You can also take a dip in our brand new pool. There is something to do for everyone. This complex has covered parking for one vehicle and an elevator.

This beautiful condo comes fully furnished with all the comforts of home. The living room has an amazing view of the river and opens out to a fabulous covered patio with comfortable seating. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a toaster, blender, Keurig coffee maker, and more. The large dining table seats 6. The master bedroom has 2 queen-sized beds, a flat-screen TV, as well as a private bathroom. Both guest bedrooms have a queen-size bed and smart TVs. The guest bathroom is conveniently located near the living room and guest rooms. There is a smart TV in the living room and all bedrooms, as well as free WiFi. Leather couches with 4 recliners to relax after a day on the river!! High-quality linens are provided for all beds and bathrooms. The condo sleeps six comfortably. Bring an air mattress to accommodate 2 additional guests. Maximum occupancy not to exceed 8 guests total.

Host must be 25 years of age or older to make a reservation and must be staying at the property. This condo comes with 2 parking spots and 8 wristbands. No trailers, campers, or RV's allowed. If you have more than 2 vehicles, there is additional parking less than 1 mile away. No portable grills or open flames. No smoking inside the condo or on the patio. No pets allowed. Family-friendly condo with no tolerance for profanity or vulgar music. This condo has a maximum occupancy of 8 guests. This maximum occupancy is not to be exceeded at any time. No daytime guests allowed.

WRISTBANDS & PARKING PASSES REQUIRED* These condos are individually owned, and the owners graciously allow their "second homes" to be rented out and enjoyed! The HOA of the complex has laid out some policies to ensure everyone staying at the complex can have a wonderful time. Because of the fabulous location, we can have trouble with trespassers. The security guards on-premise are there to ensure only renters are using the grounds and that guests are parking in the correct parking spaces.
