Northwoods Condos are located in a private gated complex featuring ski-in/ski-out access to Vail mountain. These condos are just off the Riva Bahn express chairlift. The Gold Peak childrens ski school is just a short 2 minute walk away. Featuring an outdoor heated pool (seasonally), hot tub, steam room, sauna, and a gym on site. All condos have free WIFI; free garage parking for one vehicle. Stays of 6 nights or more, will not be charged a checkout clean fee.

This four bedroom, four and one half bath suite features 1800 square feet of living space on three levels; one king bed; one king bed; one queen bed; two twin beds with trundle (3 twins); full kitchen; common area washer and dryer. Ski all day and return to the condo and relive the EPIC day in Vail.

Property Manager will send a separate invoice for Room and Tax to be filled out and sent to them.

NEW RESERVATIONS will be confirmed with a 25% non-refundable payment due within 24 hours of booking (no extensions). full payment will be due 25 days prior to arrival; after which, all payments are non-refundable. Cancellations within 25 days of arrival are non-refundable.

HOLIDAY RESERVATIONS that fall between and include the dates December 18 – January 4 (holiday period) a 25% non-refundable payment is due within 24 hours of booking (no extensions) final payment is due November 1st; after which, all payments are non-refundable. Cancellations after November 1st are non-refundable.

RESERVATIONS FOR GREATER THAN 20 DAYS, a 25% non-refundable payment is due within 24 hours of booking (no extensions). full payment will be due 60 days prior to arrival: after which, all payments are non-refundable.

FINAL PAYMENT DUE DATE failure to make final payment by balance due date may result in cancellation of reservation with full forfeiture of payment.

All cancellations must be received in writing.
