17 Vail Road Condos are located right in the Village, across the street from the Sonnenalp Hotel. Located just a short 5 minute walk to Vail Village and Gondola One, and all of the Village amenities. There is free WIFI & free covered parking for one vehicle. For stays of 1,2,3,4,5 nights a checkout cleaning fee of $275 will be added to the cost of any reservation. If you stay 6 nights or more, the checkout clean is waived.

This two bedroom plus loft three bath suite features living space; one king bed; two queen beds; two twin beds; sofa sleeper; full kitchen; in unit washer and dryer. Ski all day and return to the condo and relive the EPIC day in Vail.

Property Manager will send a separate invoice for Room and Tax to be filled out and sent to them.

NEW RESERVATIONS will be confirmed with a 25% non-refundable payment due within 24 hours of booking (no extensions). full payment will be due 25 days prior to arrival; after which, all payments are non-refundable. Cancellations within 25 days of arrival are non-refundable.

HOLIDAY RESERVATIONS that fall between and include the dates December 18 – January 4 (holiday period) a 25% non-refundable payment is due within 24 hours of booking (no extensions) final payment is due November 1st; after which, all payments are non-refundable. Cancellations after November 1st are non-refundable.

RESERVATIONS FOR GREATER THAN 20 DAYS, a 25% non-refundable payment is due within 24 hours of booking (no extensions). full payment will be due 60 days prior to arrival: after which, all payments are non-refundable.

FINAL PAYMENT DUE DATE failure to make final payment by balance due date may result in cancellation of reservation with full forfeiture of payment.

All cancellations must be received in writing.
