• Your Island Vacation begins as soon as you arrive at the exclusive gated Villas at Summer Beach. Nestled in a sanctuary of beautiful trees is your luxurious two bedroom, two bathroom, ground floor fully furnished villa.
• Your master suite has a king bed and spacious master bathroom and the guest suite has a queen bed. Both bedrooms have large flat screen TV's and are comfortably appointed.
• Your kitchen is open and well-equipped if you want to cook or you can try the local cuisine at one of the many close-by restaurants on the island. Be sure to visit Historic Centre Street for shopping and dining.
• Enjoy your private screened-in lanai where you can relax with the peaceful view of the wooded preserve. The beach is a short walk or drive or you can spend your days lounging by the villa pool.
• No garage access. 1 parking space.
• Pets are not permitted. No smoking in the unit, on the lanai, or in the breezeway.
• IT'S ADVISABLE to purchase travel insurance to safeguard your vacation investment. Additionally, please be aware that we don't offer refunds or rescheduling for bookings impacted by inclement weather, including tropical storms or hurricanes.
