3. Any guests who book 14 nights or longer will receive a Fruit Basket upon their arrival as a gift from the owner.
4. Face to Face Arrival/Departure Experience Offered Complimentary! All guests who book Country Club Villas#115 have the option of meeting Property Management Staff upon their arrival to go over property specifics. We will turn on any fans/lights and ensure you enter into a comfortable inviting environment!

Country Club Villlas will be working on stacks 15 and 16 for steele work sometime between July 29th and August 5th. which will affect units 316 and 115. They will also be doing painting of the railings. This is estimated between August 12th and 19th. During this entire process you will continue to have access to the Unit.
