On the main level, there is a Queen bed plus 1 set of bunk beds, a full bath, and a queen sleep sofa. On the lower level, there is a queen bed with an efficiency kitchen and full bath. However, this unit is not recommended for families with young children.

Additionally, guests have access to the Spring House Pools and Fitness Center, located in the Jackson Gore Village.
