• COMPLEX AMENITIES: Indoor Pool, 6 Outdoor Swimming Pools, Outdoor Hot Tub, BBQ, Volleyball, Basketball Court, 8 Tennis Courts, Shuffleboard & Putting Green
• PARKING: Summer Palace is located @ Gulf Shores Plantation and offers onsite parking. Your parking permits will be obtained from the Guard upon arrival at no charge. Please let the Guard know you are staying in Summer Palace B, which is Lot/ House 1. Since you are only booked in Side B, be sure to only park on Side B and do not block Side A driveway or under the house parking.
• PETS: This property is NOT a pet friendly property. Any evidence of a pet being on site will result in immediate eviction and possible extra charges if damages occur.
• MONTHLY RENTALS: This property is available for monthly rentals at certain times of the year. Ask the reservationist for details regarding monthly rates and fees associated with monthly rentals.
