One elevator is undergoing maintenance and will not be available until further notice. Elevator #2 will remain fully functional. Wait times for the elevator may be longer than usual. Rates have been adjusted to reflect the inconvenience.

Spring Break & Holy Week (March 1st - April 9th, 2023):

• Everyone occupying the rental must be at least 21 years of age or older.
• Anyone under the age of 21 will not be permitted.
• Identification of Each Guest must be presented at check-in.
• Any guest who is not 21 or older will not be permitted to occupy the home and will not be eligible for a refund.
• This rule does not apply to family groups or otherwise approved by an Property Manager employee.

Saida Royale 9152 is the perfect accommodation for couples, friends, and families looking for peace & tranquility! This charming 2 bedroom, 2 & 1/2 bathroom condominium is located directly on the beach and provides guests with the best views of the Gulf of Mexico, as well as the Laguna Madre Bay.

The living area is spacious and features a large flat screen TV. The kitchen is located off the living area and has all major appliances (dishwasher, oven, refrigerator, freezer, and stove). The kitchen is also fully stocked with pots, pans, and cooking utensils.

The master bedroom is large and has a king size bed and a flat screen TV. The condominium offers plenty of sleeping space for guests. The guest bedroom entails two queen size beds, flat screen TV, private bathroom and a kitchenette. With windows outlining the southeast side of the condominium, guests have ocean views from all rooms!

The condo features a balcony off the living room that provides beautiful views of the beach for miles and miles! Enjoy a quiet morning sipping coffee & watching the sunrise, or socializing with friends and family for a nightcap under the stars!
