Manatee Manor is a newly remodeled two-bedroom, two-bathroom cottage in Anna Maria. It has a pool and is located on a canal. The cottage can accommodate up to six guests. It is perfect for families looking to spend quality time together.

The cottage is tucked away on a quiet side street on the sought-after North end of the Island. It offers a beautiful pool area that overlooks the canal. Guests can easily stroll to the beach and enjoy the sun. Afterward, they can explore Pine Avenue for shopping or dining. At night, they can take in the Bay water views and the lights of the Sunshine Skyway.

EXTERIOR:
The patio, pool, and canal area include a screened-in porch with a large outdoor dining table that can seat 6 people. The backyard is lush and inviting. Guests can enjoy hot days and balmy evenings around the 12 ft by 20 ft pool, which features a waterfall and a shallow area. The canal overlooks mangroves where guests can observe various species of wildlife, including nesting birds and jumping fish.

To fish off the dock, guests over 16 or under 65 will need a saltwater fishing license. The pool heat is available for an additional cost of $150.00 per week. Please note that pool heaters are locked for safety and should not be tampered with. The highest heat temperature setting is 86°F, which may not always be reached. Water temperatures may drop during cold days and nights. Pool heaters will automatically shut down if outside temperatures get too cold.

Outdoor spas are not hot tubs and require additional heat at an extra cost. The temperature of the spa is typically set at the same temperature as the pool. In the event of pool equipment malfunction, repairs will be expedited as quickly as possible. It may be necessary to close swimming pools for maintenance, but no refund or rent adjustment will be made for circumstances beyond our control.

There are three parking spaces available in the driveway. This property welcomes any day arrival from mid-August to January, except during holiday weeks. Please contact us for approval.

Please remember that you are staying in a residential area. Please be considerate of your neighbors by keeping noise levels respectful during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can disrupt the peaceful enjoyment of private property.
