Located off the living room is a porch that stretches the length of the cottage. The master bedroom has a queen size bed and the second bedroom a Queen and 2 full beds. This cottage will sleep a total of 8 people comfortably.

The second half of the duplex has 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. The open living room / kitchen area has a full kitchen and a sleeper sofa. Located off the living room is a porch that is the perfect place to sit and watch all the action at the flats. The master bedroom has a queen size bed, the second bedroom a Queen, and the third bedroom has a full and twin bed. This cottage will sleep a total of 10 people comfortably.
