• Reserving guests must be a minimum of 23 years of age and requires the endorsement of our Guest Rental Agreement before dispensing house keys. ID is required at check-in.

• Effective October 1st, 2022, and until further notice, the Snowline community recreational amenities (including the swimming pool, clubhouse, tennis courts, etc.) are no longer available for Guest use. Please do not attempt to use them, as doing so will be subject to community fines for which our Guests are responsible.

Snowline Cabin #48 - Newly Remodeled!

Modern yet rustic best describes this extensively remodeled 2-story, 3-bedroom, 1.5-bath family cabin. The interior was virtually gutted right down to the studs, and everything and I mean everything was refreshed right down to the walls, doors, and trim!

Stepping inside, you'll be delighted with:

• Brand new composite wood flooring
• Fully equipped kitchen with new cabinetry and a wraparound counter (great for food prep)
• All new higher-end stainless appliances including a built-in microwave and a dishwasher
• Open and airy living/dining area with a new freestanding wood fireplace (firewood provided)

• One bedroom with 1-king sized sleigh bed
• Laundry/mud room with a new full-size stack washer/dryer

Ascending the staircase to the second floor reveals:

• Open loft bonus room with a large and comfy sectional couch and a flat-screen monitor

• Another bedroom with 1-set of regular-sized bunks
• Separate ½-bath can be privately accessed from either bedroom

A private outdoor hot tub is located just steps away from the back door, and an outdoor gas grill is located on the front deck. If you've previously stayed in this cabin…you're going to be blown away by all of the updates! Don't forget Fido…this pet-friendly (two pet maximum…no exceptions), wifi equipped, and monitored family vacation property will sleep up to 7-persons (ENFORCED Maximum Occupancy!).

OTHER IMPORTANT NOTES:

• Wi-Fi service is now available in our area and provided FREE OF CHARGE for Guest use. Having said this, the service is currently subject to failure, as the service provider is dialing everything in. Intermittent service failures are circumstances that are beyond our control, and no sleeping accommodation refunds are provided if the FREE Wi-Fi SERVICE fails to function correctly.

• This cabin is a monitored family vacation home, not a party house. In this regard, Guests who choose to ignore house rules are subject to immediate eviction with complete forfeiture of all rental monies paid (per the written Guest Rental Agreement). Guests are expected to always treat this private residence with the utmost respect, as well as to be mindful of neighboring homes and respect the privacy of neighboring homeowners by not disturbing them at any time. Guests are directly responsible for their invitee's actions. They should be well advised to provide directions and discuss house rules in advance with other family members who may be arriving separately. Guests seeking party house accommodations are advised to seek such accommodations via a different provider.
