Nakai Peak 41B is a modern 2BR/2BA condo boasting breathtaking, elevated views of the Rocky Mountains and Mary’s Lake. Enjoy a front-row seat to world-class mountain scenery, with quick, convenient access to the shoreline for fishing.

The open living area features a comfy queen sleeper sofa, gas fireplace, TV and beautiful mountain views. The kitchen is well-equipped with full-size appliances, a dining table that can seat six and everything needed for quick and easy meal prep.

The stacked washer and dryer are located in a closet off of the kitchen.

The master suite offers a king bed, a TV and a private full bathroom with a spacious jetted tub/shower combo and two sinks.

The guest bedroom features a king bed, a TV and a jack-and-jill bathroom with a bathtub/shower combo.

Unwind on the private deck and take in the dramatic mountain scenery from the comfort of your own hot tub. Nakai Peak 41B is the ultimate mountain retreat, perfectly blending the comforts of home with spectacular scenery.

Mary's Lake HOA does not allow the rentals to have grills.

No Parties. No Smoking. No Pets.

No outside fires.

Estes Park is a Dark Sky Community. Bring a flashlight.

Bears in the area. Secure trash, lock doors and windows when leaving.

Quiet time at 9pm.

Local On-Call Staff available after hours for emergency issues only, i.e. gas leak, broken furnace, broken water line.

Snow Plowing / shoveling occurs when we have 4 inches of fresh snow on the ground prior to your arrival.

Complimentary Starter Amenities:

To help you settle in comfortably, we provide a complimentary starter kit of essentials for your first day. Inside, you will find a thoughtful selection of household supplies and toiletries, including an extra roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, one extra roll of paper towels, 2–3 garbage bags, and sample-sized bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and bar soap. We also include a liquid dishwashing soap, 3-4 dishwashing pods, 2–3 laundry packs, and a coffee pack with filter to start your first morning. Since this is a starter kit designed to kick off your stay, we kindly recommend planning ahead or purchasing additional supplies for longer visits.

The HOA-managed outdoor community pool, hot tub and fire pit are open Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day (or longer) at the sole discretion of the Mary's Lake Condominiums HOA. These community facilities are managed and maintained by the HOA of Mary's Lake Condominiums. SkyRun does not control them and they may not be maintained to our standards. Guests are welcome to use these community facilities, but please note that these community amenities are not offered as part of the terms of any guest reservation. Full or partial refunds are not subject to the status of the community pool, hot tub or fire pit.
